What is BallPass?+
BallPass is a monthly membership that lets you borrow a tube of quality pressurized padel or tennis balls at participating partner clubs. You take a tube before your game and return it afterwards. The balls are maintained and repressurized so they can be reused.
How does the 14-day trial work?+
Choose BALLPASS 5 or BALLPASS UNLIMITED and add a valid payment method. You pay nothing for 14 days. After the trial, your selected membership starts automatically unless you cancel before the trial ends. Each person can use the free trial once.
Where can I use BallPass?+
At any participating BallPass partner club. Your membership is not tied to one club. BallPass is coming first to the Turku region.
Can I use BallPass for both padel and tennis?+
Yes. Both memberships are valid for padel and tennis at clubs that offer them.
How do I collect the balls?+
Open your BallPass in your phone and tap SHOW MY BALLPASS QR. Club staff scan the code, your membership is verified live, and you receive a tube.
Do I have to return the balls after every game?+
Yes. Return the tube right after your match so it can be repressurized. You can have one BallPass tube at a time — once it's returned, you can borrow again.
What happens if I forget to return them?+
We'll send you a friendly email reminder a few hours after checkout. You can't borrow a new tube while one is still out, and tubes not returned within 24 hours are marked overdue. Repeatedly unreturned tubes may lead to your account being restricted.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Cancel from your dashboard and your membership stays valid until the end of the current billing period (or trial).
How does BallPass 5 work?+
BALLPASS 5 (€6.90/month) includes 5 ball checkouts per billing month. During the 14-day free trial you get 5 checkouts in total (same for both plans). The counter resets to 0/5 when your first paid month begins, and again at each successful monthly renewal.
How does Unlimited work?+
BALLPASS UNLIMITED (€9.90/month) has no monthly checkout limit — just one tube at a time. The free trial includes up to 5 checkouts; unlimited checkouts begin after your first successful payment.
How does the referral program work?+
Share your personal referral link. When your friend joins, completes their trial and makes their first paid membership payment, you get one month free as a credit on your next payment.
